Attending oral hearings and a tour of the Court
Attendance of oral hearings by single visitors
Oral hearings at the Federal Fiscal Court generally take place in the mornings from Tuesday to Thursday and are in principle open to the public.
Registration for the mere attendance in oral hearings is not required. A seat reservation will not be made.
Attendance of groups in oral hearings and/or a tour of the Court
The Federal Fiscal Court offers interested groups the opportunity to attend one or more oral hearings of the Court, as well as a tour of parts of the building. A prior appointment with the visitor service is mandatory.
A tour of the Court (duration 60 to 90 minutes) provides an insight into the tasks, organisation and working methods of the Federal Fiscal Court.
There is only one guided tour per day; the group should consist of a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 visitors.
Due to the great demand we are unable to accommodate all enquiries.
